How to reach us, what to include, and where to see whether Pricana is running.
Write to us
Email the address in the footer of this page. A person reads and answers it.
To help us help you quickly, include:
- your company's name (not your API key: we never need it),
- what you did: the request (method, address, parameters) and when (with time zone),
- what you got: the status and the body, including
docsUrl, - for webhooks: the endpoint and the event id (
Pricana-Event-Id) from the delivery log.
Status
The footer links our status page while one is set up: it shows whether the API and the website are running.
In the portal
- API shows your keys with their recent use, and your webhook endpoints with their delivery log.
- Billing shows your plan, this month's use and your invoices.
- Settings lets you choose your notices, download a copy of your data and delete your account.
