Questions
What counts as an API call?
Every request to the data API with a key, whatever it returns. Browsing in the portal doesn’t count.
What does “24 hours delayed” mean in Free?
Free sees the sample dataset as it was 24 hours ago: prices, listings and changes up to that point.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans at the end of each month, yearly plans at the end of the year. You can export your data at any time.
How can I pay?
By card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal and other methods Stripe offers in your country; by invoice for Pro (yearly), Business and Enterprise.
Where does the data come from?
From the public pages of online shops, collected by PricanaBot under strict rules, and from open data. Every source is reviewed before its data is sold.

No. Pricana is for businesses only.
