Questions
Which plan do I need for 800 products?
Pro, which compares up to 1,000 of your products. For more, add products in blocks of 1,000 or move to Business.
Can I start small?
Yes. Starter compares 100 products, enough for your best sellers or one category. You can change plans at any time. An upgrade applies immediately, a downgrade at the end of the billing period.
What happens after the trial?
Your account moves to Free and nothing is charged, because the trial asks for no payment details. Free doesn’t compare any of your products, so choose a plan to keep getting suggestions.
What counts as an API call?
Every request to the data API with a key and every tool call of an AI agent over MCP, whatever it returns. Connecting an agent and browsing in the portal don’t count.
What does “24 hours delayed” mean in Free?
In Free, you see the sample dataset as it was 24 hours ago: prices, listings and changes up to that point.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, effective at the end of the billing period (a month or a year). You can export your data at any time.
How can I pay?
By card, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal and other methods Stripe offers in your country. Pro (paid yearly), Business and Enterprise can also pay by invoice, subject to a check of your business.
Where does the data come from?
From the public pages of online shops, collected by PricanaBot under strict rules, and from open data. Every source is reviewed before its data is sold.
What is a shop request?
You propose a shop that Pricana doesn’t read yet. Pricana checks that it may be read, isn’t a comparison site or marketplace, sells products and serves Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Then our team decides. An approved shop becomes a source in the datasets, for every customer. Refused, declined and withdrawn requests don’t count.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. Pricana is for businesses only.
